Donations will be distributed to established organizations vetted by the board including those that fund research (i.e. Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the MACC Fund, UW Carbone Cancer Center), care for bereaved families (i.e. Agrace Hospice, Gilda’s Club, and Camp Hope), improve patient and family wellness (i.e. Make-A-Wish and Special Spaces). These are all organizations that benefited either the Swenson or Poe/Teske families directly and board members have already contributed directly to all of these organizations.
